The Two Year Alternative Licensure Program (2YALP)
It is designed for individuals who already hold a bachelor's degree and want to transition into teaching. Our licensure program is a pathway that allows school districts to hire candidates with specific content knowledge and who hold an undergraduate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution or higher education to teach while completing the necessary teacher training based on the Colorado Teacher Quality Standards. While serving as a teacher, we strive to have candidates put what they learn in their class sessions into practice immediately. Our program provides the coursework and training necessary to obtain an Initial Colorado Teaching license. Learn how to become a teacher while you earn a salary! Learn and Earn with us!
